Refund policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through 44Keys. By placing an order with 44Keys, you expressly agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made from 44Keys are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances except as explicitly stated in Section 3 of this Policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, or fit

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Sale, discounted, promotional, or limited-edition items

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product details and sizing information prior to completing their purchase.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. All submitted orders are immediately processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

44Keys will only review claims for items that are:

  • Defective due to a manufacturing fault, or

  • Incorrect items shipped by our fulfillment team

To be eligible for review, customers must:

  • Submit a written claim within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

  • Provide the order number

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the alleged defect or error, including original packaging

Failure to notify 44Keys within the required timeframe automatically voids any claim.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval at the sole discretion of 44Keys.

If a claim is approved, 44Keys reserves the exclusive right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement of the item (if inventory is available), or

  • Issuance of store credit

Monetary refunds will not be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

44Keys is not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or force major events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Policy constitutes a breach of agreement. 44Keys reserves the right to:

  • Submit evidence to the payment processor

  • Ban future purchases

  • Pursue recovery of associated fees and damages where permitted by law

6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from 44Keys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy in full.
